About Las Tias
We at Las Tias believe that there is no "one" style, no "set" look that means success in our own intimate spaces. We've gathered together an eclectic mix of personable home furnishings that have and will appeal to all stylistic tendencies and all levels of taste. With an appreciation for the history of design and a respect for the quality craftsmanship of those times, Las Tias promotes updating and recreating your own style with reused or “upcycled” treasures.
Voted the Best Secondhand Store in Miami by the Miami New Times in 2010, Las Tias opened its first home in the Wynwood Arts District in 2008 and recently moved to a great new space located in the trendy-chic, cultural epicenter, right between Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. The collection at Las Tias is always changing, so it is best to check back often. If you are searching for a special piece, contact us and we will be on the lookout for your desired treasure.
Because ours is an upscale resale and consignment shop, we at Las Tias are completely in tune with today's economic times and our world's need to reuse and recycle. We're here for those who are determined to infuse their homes with quality, but dare not pay retail price for high end furnishings. We offer everything from iconic vintage furniture and beautiful designer pieces to garden accessories, patio sets and decorative home collectibles at prices that make creating a beautiful home more affordable.
We offer only the best in gently worn, good quality vintage and designer furniture, collectible table top decor, costume jewelry and designer clothing for the sophisticated shopper.
On a regular day at Las Tias, collectors and designers can find an ever changing inventory that includes and has included finds like Le Corbusier L2 Chaise lounges, Arne Jacobsen Egg chairs and Womb chairs, Laverne Daffodil Chairs, Poltrona Frau and Ligne Roset living room furniture, Eero Aarnio Pastil Chairs, and an impressive selection of Lucite furniture and serveware. Our floor is peppered with Victorian-style furniture, Baccarat and Lalique Crystals, Royal Albert and Limoges china, Haeger and Stangl pottery and barware by the renowned Georges Briard.
Las Tias also maintains impressive collections of Murano glass and milk glass, offers custom-made lampshades, and custom drapes by the foot. Our favorite collectible, abanicos, or hand-fans, designed by Parisian artisan Vera Pilo and select handmade jewelry by designers like Hung Chains, Kara Massirman and Guillermo Gonzalez are always available. The offerings at Las Tias will often include handcrafted pillows, carved wooden trunks and mirrors in almost every shape and size.
Las Tias is a valuable resource for furnishing aficionados with excellent taste, designers with a flair for the eclectic and homeowners who love to think "outside the box." In our own unique way, we are constantly moving, researching, and selectively gathering items which will “live up” to the future while respecting the past.
To all of you, from all of us at our beautiful store, Thank you and Happy Shopping!
